You make sure our customers' agents and data platforms run securely, under control and at a reasonable cost: environments and policies as code, identities with minimal rights, classification, monitoring and cost control.
You build the governance baseline and the ongoing operations that turn individual projects into accountable practice. Audit-ready, including for data protection officers and works councils.
Get started with us at Haavest
You have at least three years of experience in cloud or platform engineering and work with infrastructure as code and CI/CD. You know identities and access (Entra ID), networking and the basics of cloud security from practice.
A certification such as Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) is welcome. You document well and talk to IT security and data protection as equals.
You work confidently in German and English, independently, and with an eye on the customer being able to run the platform without us later.
You work in an agile way with experienced colleagues in data engineering, architecture and AI, and directly with the management. We are owner-managed and have a clear focus: Microsoft Fabric as the data platform and AI agents on top. You get real responsibility instead of micromanagement and short paths instead of a jungle of responsibilities.
Sowing tasks
Foundation as code
You create environments, policies, keys and secrets as code, version them and roll them out automatically.
Governance for agents
You set up the agent inventory and control layer, assign managed identities with minimal rights, implement classification and protection policies and define logging, emergency stop and reviews.
Operations and cost control
You monitor the platform, manage capacities and costs, deliver the monthly report and keep deployments current. Operations as a managed service grows out of your work.
Special achievements should be celebrated: in addition to a fair base salary, we reward the achievement of jointly set goals with appropriate bonus payments.
Flexible Working Hours
Balance is a matter of trust: to help you achieve the best possible work-life balance, we are happy to accommodate your time management needs.
Variable Work Location
You can be productive anywhere: because everyone has their own preferences, we are open to the question of "office, remote, or hybrid."
Optimal Training
In order to keep up with important developments and keep the team up to date, regular training courses and workshops are a matter of course for us.
