Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I)

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will obtain the required Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7 and Series 66, and be trained to acquire, build, and manage client relationships. You will deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions and care, beginning in a financial center and potentially transitioning to phone‑based work until a suitable location is determined.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within specified timeframes.
  • Acquire, build, and manage client relationships, guiding clients through comprehensive financial advice and solutions.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill offerings.
  • Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence.
  • Build and leverage your network across banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

  • Experience cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.

Desired Qualifications

  • Current holder of FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum one year of financial services or sales experience.

Education

Minimum: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays. Shift: 1st shift (United States). Hours per week: 40.

SAFE Act registration is required for all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in immediate termination.

Position is open for the entire market; specific location will be based on business needs. Training will occur at one financial center, followed by phone‑based work until relocation.
