Loan Support Analyst

Position Overview At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator. As a Loan Support Analyst within PNC’s Cash and Funding organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH. Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST. Your role is an individual contributor who initiates and approves disbursement requests for all areas of Equipment Finance. This high‑risk role requires strict adherence to controls and procedures. You will conduct manual data entry, verify required documents, and serve as an initiator or approver for loan deals. Key functions include data entry, transaction review, and ensuring all necessary material is accurate and documented. Responsibilities Initiate and approve disbursement requests submitted by all areas of Equipment Finance. Conduct manual data entry and verify that all necessary documents are available. Serve as the initiator or the last line of defense approver, performing due diligence to ensure accurate and compliant funding. Maintain accurate records across multiple systems such as LeaseWave, SharePoint, Pinacle, BMO, and Outlook Mail. Maintain attention to detail and ensure deals are properly funded and all material is accurate. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes. Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent. 3+ years of related experience in loan support, equipment finance, or similar finance operations. Strong knowledge of loan documentation, compliance, and risk mitigation. Proficiency in data entry and using multiple finance systems. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Required Certifications/License No required certification or license. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $37,500.00 – $62,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
