Production Quality Analyst (Commercial)

As a Production Quality Analyst within PNC's Relationship Support organization, you will be basierend in Kalamazoo, MI; Denver, CO, Dallas, TX; or Pittsburgh, PA. As a Production Quality Analyst, you will be expected to work Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM EST - 7:00 PM EST.

As part of fulfillment QC, you will be responsible for the review and validation of both due diligence required and drafted loan documents against credit approvals, um zu bestimmen, ob PNC die genauen genehmigten Bedingungen dokumentiert. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. Job Description

Utilizing standard procedures, conducts quality review and analysis of the work performed by staff supporting a specific line of business or functional area. Identifies systemic issues and facilitates correction. Reviews complex transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures. Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete the transaction and/or work process. Identifies systemic issues and facilitates effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. Works with staff to develop and improve incoming quality. Provides recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
