Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Werkstudentin (m/w/d) im Bereich Finance & Freight Administration.
Deine Aufgaben
- Abwicklung und Prüfung von Freight-Rechnungen
- Kommunikation mit dem Finance-Team in Berlin
- Unterstützung anderer Teammitglieder im Bereich Rechnungsbearbeitung und Finance-Prozesse
- Koordination sowie Nachverfolgung relevanter Dokumente und Abrechnungen
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft
Dein Profil
- Eingeschriebene Studentin an einer Hochschule oder Universität
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Teamgeist
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
