- Process Engineer / Plastics in the Technical Center (m/f/d)
- Your responsibilities
- Independently conducting sample runs and validations on modern injection molding machines
- Working closely with mold design, mold assembly, and project management
- Independently setting up, adjusting, and commissioning injection molds
- Independently conducting failure analyses and developing appropriate process and mold optimizations
- Conducting and overseeing customer sample runs
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support customer sample runs, mold acceptance tests, and commissioning.
Your profile
- A successfully completed apprenticeship as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, a plastics technologist, or a comparable technical training program
- Several years of experience in injection molding and process optimization
- Ability to work well in a team, strong communication skills, and a strong customer focus
- Extensive experience in the commissioning of injection molds, as well as in-depth expertise in materials, mold technology, and the entire injection molding process.
