About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving success across our product area. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in technologies like .NET, Java, GraphQL, SQL, and more, coupled with exceptional leadership and collaboration skills. You will lead a dynamic team of Development Engineers, Product Specialists, and Business Analysts to deliver high-quality solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Cultivate and promote a #OneTeam mindset across the Product Area.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration by participating in Scrum of Scrums and other coordination meetings.
- Support the Product Area Manager in planning Quarterly Alignment Days (PI Planning).
- Collaborate with Product Owners to align on development and release plans, ensuring a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, QA Leads, and Support Engineers to ensure quality deliverables and seamless operations.
- Monitor team performance, implement improvement strategies, and manage timesheets.
- Share critical information with stakeholders, including environment status and project milestones.
Required Qualifications:
- MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Team Lead on large-scale, global projects.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and techniques such as TDD, ATDD, and Continuous Integration/Testing.
- Technical expertise in:
- Core Technologies: Sitecore Content Hub, ProductsUp, GraphQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Java Spring Boot, C# .NET8, REST, Microservices.
- Cloud and Monitoring Tools: AWS S3, CloudWatch, CloudFront, Akamai, Datadog, ElasticSearch, HashiCorp Vault.
- Development Tools: IntelliJ, GitLab, Camel, AmazonMQ, ActiveMQ, Solace.
- DevOps & Release Management: Code branching, versioning, trunk-based development.
- Strong experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) or GitLab.
- Fluency in English and French.
