We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Blieskastel or in Obernai on a permanent contract.

Mission Plan and execute recruitment strategies by managing the annual hiring plan for (Senior-) managers and specialists, developing action plans to attract top talents.

Drive recruitment operations and performance through accurate ATS data management, KPI tracking, reporting and budget monitoring.

Bringing an international and data-driven focus to act as talent advisor for our international recruitment community including guidance to other countries such as continuous process improvements.

Enhance employer branding and talent attraction by organizing and participating in job fairs, school relations, and other employer-branding events.

Partner closely with stakeholders - including managerial staff, HRBPs, and new hires—by supporting candidate selection, ensuring smooth onboarding, and building strong collaborative relationships.

Profile: Educational background in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in people management, employee experience, and talent development.

Extensive recruitment expertise, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end hiring processes with mastering active sourcing techniques.

Ability to act as a recruitment advisor, building strong relationships with managers and HR partners, challenging hiring requirements when needed, providing market insights, and influencing decision-making to ensure recruitment activities align with business priorities.

Being a networker, strong team spirit with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment and to build and sustain robust networks.

Languages: German & English at C-level (spoken and written).
