As a Team Leader (m/f/d) Network & Security Services you will report to D&I Senior Manager Infrastructure & Cloud Management in the Digital & Information department based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a permanent contract.In your function as Team Leader (m/f/d) Network & Security Services you are responsible for an international Team managing the whole connectivity for the Hager Group. Your missionManaging an international Team of IT Specialists and close collaboration within the Operations and Security Department and also across ITResponsibility for the global Hager Network (e.g. SD – WAN, LAN, WIFI, Telephony, etc.), the global Security Operations (e.g. Firewall, Antivirus, Mailsecurity, etc.)Planning and coordination of complex projects in the above mentioned scope.Managing Partners and Suppliers and coordinating actions regarding Level 2 and Level 3 SupportSupport our internal customers both in the realization of specific projects and in day-to-day support, which consists of processing incoming development and support requests as well as trouble ticketsYour profileMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a similar fieldMinimum of 5 years professional experience and solid expertise in managing an international TeamStrong experience in Infrastructure (especially Networking and Security) and Knowledge in ITIL and ability to push it into an organisationFluent in English (required), knowledge of German or French (desirable)Ability to work in an international team, strong customer orientation and very good communication skills as well as strong leading and motivation capabilitiesGlobal thinking: driving customer’s needs and balancing the added value for Hager GroupStructured, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work with strong analytical skillsFlexible and stress resistant personality with a willingness to travel between our locations Blieskastel and Obernai, international travel depending on projects (rarely)What we offer?Personalized onboarding experience program designed to make your first days smoothOpportunities to learn and grow through Hager Group’s awarded Hi University.
