The role focuses on accelerating innovation pipelines, Rx‑to‑OTC switches, and lifecycle management through integrated digital, data, and AI capabilities. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities : /h3 /brh3Category Portfolio Enablement /h3 /brul /brliPartner with OTC RD, Category, and Market teams to translate innovation and lifecycle strategies into technology roadmaps. /li /brliEnable digital capabilities supporting Rx‑to‑OTC transitions, claims substantiation, and global dossier readiness. /li /br /ul /brh3Data, AI RWD Leadership /h3 /brul /brliDefine and enable platforms for Real‑World Evidence, post‑launch insights, and consumer usage data. /li /brliPartner with Data Science teams to deploy AI/ML solutions supporting signal detection, formulation optimization, and benefit differentiation /li /br /ul /brh3Cross‑Functional Influence /h3 /brul /brliAlign RD, Regulatory, Medical, Safety, and Commercial stakeholders on tech‑enabled innovation priorities. /li /brliFacilitate decision forums assessing feasibility, risk, and value of OTC technology investments. /li /br /ul /brh3Product Ownership Delivery Oversight /h3 /brul /brliOwn product direction for OTC‑critical digital products including innovation PPM, RWD platforms, and insight dashboards. /li /brliDrive adoption, change management, and measurable value realization across OTC programs. /li /br /ul /brh3Basic Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliDegree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7+ years' experience in RD, OTC, Consumer Healthcare, Digital, Data, or Technology functions. /li /brliTrack record of translating business strategy into technology roadmaps, digital products, and measurable business outcomes. /li /brliExperience delivering digital, data, and AI-enabled solutions supporting innovation, product development, or lifecycle management. /li /brliExperience with Agile product management, software delivery, and cross-functional product teams. /li /brliStrong understanding of OTC product development, Rx-to-OTC switches, claims substantiation, and consumer health data ecosystems. /li /brliExperience with Real World Data (RWD), analytics platforms, and AI/ML-enabled business solutions. /li /brliProven ability to influence senior stakeholders across RD, Regulatory, Medical, Safety, and Commercial functions. /li /brliStrong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive decisions through data and evidence. /li /brliRelentless focus on business value, simplification, product adoption, and enabling innovation through technology. /li /br /ul /brh3Job Posting End Date /h3 /br /brh3Equal Opportunities /h3 /brpHaleon are committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
