Halfdays is a women's ski and outdoor apparel brand with a community-first approach to growth. We've built something real in the US — a brand that women in the outdoors actually love — and we're expanding into Europe. We're looking for a Marketing Manager who wants to be part of building that, not just managing it. As our EU Marketing Manager, you'll be one of our first hires on the ground in Europe. You'll lead how Halfdays shows up across EU markets — from brand awareness and community to paid digital and partner activations — while staying tightly integrated with our global marketing team in the US. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can think strategically and execute without a large team beneath them. What you'll do
Lead Halfdays' EU brand presence across social, digital, PR, and owned channels Localize global campaigns for EU markets — not just translation, but real cultural adaptation Build community from early‑stage: events, athlete and influencer relationships, press, and local partnerships Run EU paid digital in coordination with our US‑based digital marketing team Collaborate with wholesale and retail partners on co‑marketing and in‑store activation Feed EU consumer insights back to the global team to inform product and brand direction Who you are
4–7 years of marketing experience in lifestyle, fashion, outdoor, or a consumer brand with a strong community Real understanding of EU consumers — you know what resonates and what doesn’t, and why it differs by market Comfortable being both the strategist and the executor in a lean team Strong aesthetic sensibility — spend five minutes on our Instagram and you’ll know if you’re a fit Highly collaborative, especially across time zones Fluency in English required; German, French, or other EU languages a plus How we work
