Your mission

  • Your responsibilities will include contributing to policy projects as well as regulatory and governance-related matters.
  • You will support the structuring and integration of ESG topics within the organisation and help implement sustainability requirements in a practical way.
  • You will handle CSR-related requirements in tender processes by systematically documenting requests and requirements, obtaining relevant information from internal and external stakeholders, particularly CMOs, and providing consolidated data to the Sales team on time and to a high standard.
  • You will monitor relevant regulatory developments and prepare them in a target-group-oriented way for internal contacts.
  • You will support the design, preparation and implementation of internal training sessions and alignment meetings on compliance, ESG and governance topics.
  • You will support the further establishment and ongoing development of our Compliance Management System.
  • In addition, you will contribute to the development of digital and forward-looking approaches, particularly with regard to the use of AI and modern technologies.
  • Your role will involve structured collaboration with various departments as well as the pragmatic implementation of new requirements in day-to-day business.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business law, law or a comparable field. Alternatively, you have completed an apprenticeship, for example as a paralegal or legal assistant.
  • Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in compliance, ESG, corporate governance or a comparable regulatory environment.
  • You have a good understanding of legal and regulatory contexts and enjoy preparing topics in a structured way.
  • You have a strong affinity for digital topics, AI and modern technologies and would like to actively contribute these to forward-looking ways of working.
  • You work independently and pragmatically and have a strong hands-on mentality.
  • You have very good communication skills in English, ideally also in German.
  • In addition, you are well organised and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
