Responsibilities:

1. Deploy, configure, upgrade and migrate various cyber security technologies including SIEM, EDR, AV, IDS, IPS, IAM and more
2. Consult with customers post sales to improve the capability of security tools
3. Be taught to use the custom SOAR technologies
4. Automate daily tasks

Skills/Must have:

1. Cyber Security tool deployment experience – SIEM, EDR, AV, IDS, IPS, IAM etc
2. Strong Customer engagement experience (post sales)
3. Security tool enhancement experience
