A fast-growing global data centre operator is looking for Critical Facilities Technicians to join their Frankfurt team. You'll take responsibility for the safe, reliable operation of mission-critical infrastructure, covering energy isolation, switch activity, and facility rounds as part of a 24/7 shift-based operations team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct facility rounds across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire/life safety systems
- Monitor BMS/EPMS platforms and respond to alarms per SOPs
- Execute energy isolation procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Perform and document switchgear operations, including breaker racking and panel isolations
- Support incident response, including root cause analysis and after-action reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation for rounds, isolations, and maintenance tasks
Skills/Must have:
- 2+ years of experience in mission-critical environments (data center, hospital, industrial plant, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with energy isolation, LOTO, and switchgear operations
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, CRAC/CRAH)
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- EU passport holders considered; English fluent, German not required
