• As a Senior IT Engineer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including pre-sales support, customer support, IT design and deployment, IT support, and mentoring junior engineers
• You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to design and deploy solutions that meet clients’ unique needs, as well as provide ongoing support and maintenance
• IT architecture and infrastructure design & deployments
• Pre Sales Support
• Technical Support (when required)
• Point of contact and mentor for Junior Engineers
• IT Project experience
• Design and consultancy experience
• Strong knowledge across virtualisation & storage (VMWare / Microsoft / Dell)
• Knowledge of backup technology (Dell EMC / Veeam / CommVault)
• Customer facing Skills
• German speaking
• Certifications (desirable)
• €80,000 base salary per annum
• All training and certifications paid for
