Are you a Senior Network Security Engineer, Firewall Engineer or Security Consultant with deep Fortinet expertise? A fast-growing managed security service provider (MSSP / IT-Systemhaus) is hiring a Senior Network Security Engineer to work fully remote (100% Homeoffice) from anywhere in Germany.
You’ll lead the design, implementation and migration of Fortinet Security Fabric solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers across Germany. This is a senior, customer-facing role with real technical ownership, ideal for an experienced engineer ready to step into architecture and lead projects end to end.
Responsibilities
- Design And Deploy Fortinet Security Fabric Solutions For Customers
- Deliver Firewall Migrations From Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto
- Implement Fortinet Secure SD-WAN Across Multi-Site Networks
- Manage Policies Via FortiManager And Logging Via FortiAnalyzer
- Build ZTNA, SSL/IPsec VPN And Remote Access Solutions
Skills / Requirements
- Proven Senior Experience In Network Security Engineering
- Fortinet Ecosystem: FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiAuthenticator, FortiNAC
- Strong Routing And Switching: BGP, OSPF, VLANs, IPsec
- Experience With IPS, Web Filtering, SSL Inspection And NGFW
- Fortinet NSE 4–7, FCP, FCSS Or FCX A Strong Plus
