Standortleiter Berlin

We are looking for a site manager to tie together our business, working closely with our HQ, Fiskerikajen in Copenhagen. The main focus will be managing the day-to-day business in our production site and sales office. This role will be key for our expansion into the German market and will be partially responsible for our economic results, in close collaboration with our Copenhagen office.

We are looking for someone with an understanding of the Berlin gastronomic scene and, of course, what it\’s all about for us: seafood!

Developing Stages

1. Education in Copenhagen where you will gain an in-depth understanding of our business and values.
2. Making sure all legal permits are in place in Berlin for us to start production.
3. Setting up office (coordinating installations/hardware).
4. Interviewing production personnel, setting your future team.

After Launch

1. Back end office and presence at Berlin headquarters.
2. Developing purchase plans with our in-house sales team and purchase team in CPH.
3. Developing app offers with sales and purchase.
4. Set production schedules.
5. Planning distribution.
6. Budgeting in coordination with our CPH office.

Presence at office: 5:00am – 1:00pm. (Maybe 6:00-2:00, depending on deliveries and production.)
