What Does The Berlin Chamber Of Crafts Do
As the Berlin Chamber of Skilled Crafts, we are a service provider for our member companies, a self-governing body and a representative of interests in politics and society. Our service portfolio includes the supervision and support of over 30,000 skilled crafts businesses in the state of Berlin. In total, our member companies provide 180,000 employees with jobs and more than 9,000 trainees with career prospects. For more information: Can Look Forward To It
- Server and network administration (Windows servers and clients, Linux servers, network components)
- IT infrastructure monitoring
- Hardware and software installation
- Collaboration in the IT helpdesk
- Creating and updating documentation and instructions in German
What You Bring With You
- Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of the Windows Server client environment and Active Directory
- Ability to work in a team and a high degree of independence and personal responsibility
- Strong service orientation and a strong service and customer focus
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Good knowledge of English to understand software documentation, system messages and technical specifications
Our promises are: A full-time position (currently 39.4 hours/week) initially limited to one year, which can be made permanent if you perform well. In addition, we offer:
