Internationally leading car manufacturers rely on tires made by Hankook for their original equipment. Your Tasks:
1. Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipment progress and order processing.
- Place seasonal replenishment orders based on subsidiaries' demand plan
- Monitor and report subsidiary warehouse inventory to ensure stable supply and appropriate stock levels.
- Follow up on improvement actions with subsidiaries based on regularRDC (Regional Distribution Center) evaluations.
2. Plant Loading & Allocation Management
- Prepare monthly plant loading plans and allocate shipment volumes across European subsidiaries.
- Monitor daily and monthly loading progress and coordinate with plants and subsidiaries to resolve shipment issues.
- Communicate with European subsidiaries and plants regarding order status, loading progress, and supply availability.
3. Strategic Customer Supply & Performance Management
- Manage supply operations for strategic customers, including consignment stock, order forecasts, and supply performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on warehouse operations, delivery routes, inventory status, and customer supply performance.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or completed commercial/logistics vocational training.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or sales operations.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing, and supply planning.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with operational data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international teams in a multicultural environment.
- Team player with a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English is required in verbal and written; another European language is a plus.
