Hankook Tire Europe GmbH is searching for Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Support financial performance management of European sales entities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor working capital and accounts receivable (AR) with a focus on risk management
- Prepare and analyze key management reports to support business decision-making
- Support the operation and enhancement of the ICFR framework across EU entities
- Perform internal control assessments in line with SOX and COSO frameworks
- Support performance analysis of manufacturing operations, including production, inventory, and cost performance
- Analyze variances in manufacturing costs and SG&A against plans
- Oversee capital investment controlling processes, including budgeting, execution monitoring, and closure
- Support investment management systems and related governance processes
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in internal controls, accounting, compliance or audit is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP (FI/CO preferred) for efficient data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to processes and procedures.
- Business-level fluency in English (written and spoken). Korean is a plus.
