For our Portfolio Management, Services & Projects division, we are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on priority projects.

In this role, you will lead particularly complex and strategically relevant digitization, organizational, and IT projects. You'll drive high-visibility initiatives involving diverse stakeholders and of great importance to our clients. In doing so, you'll actively shape the digital future and make a significant contribution to the success of key transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility: You will independently lead strategically significant digitalization, organizational, and IT projects from initiation through to successful transition into routine operations
• Structuring Complexity: Analyzing requirements, developing viable solutions, and providing direction in challenging project environments-this is part of your daily work
• Managing Projects Effectively: You keep a close eye on deadlines, budget, quality, resources, and risks, and guide projects toward success in a goal-oriented manner
• Bringing Teams and Stakeholders Together: You confidently lead interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate stakeholders at various levels
• Supporting procurement and contracting: You'll contribute your technical expertise to procurement and contracting processes and be responsible for defining and evaluating requirements and bids
• Advancing project management: At hannIT, you'll actively shape the future of project management and share your know-how through workshops, training sessions, and the development of standards

Qualifications

• Professional Background: A bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification forms the foundation of your background
• Project Management Experience: You have several years of experience leading IT projects and a proven track record of successfully implementing complex initiatives
• Methodological expertise: You have a solid command of project management methods. Ideally, you hold a relevant certification
• Strategic perspective: Strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and a structured approach to work are among your strengths.
• Strong communication skills: You interact confidently with clients, executives, project teams, and service providers, building trust even in challenging situations
• Knowledge of the public sector: Experience in the municipal IT sector and knowledge of public procurement are a plus
