HR Specialist Learning and Development SuccessFactors

Let\’s connect : If you want to experience how things are done in the GHR-LD Learning & Development team at our headquarters in Hannover, Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months as a HR Specialist Learning and Development SuccessFactors, starting as soon as possible.

You can look forward to

1. Being the module owner for SAP SuccessFactors Learning and consulting the organization on its use.
2. Collaborating with the SuccessFactors product team to ensure seamless integration of modules such as Learning (primary focus), Goals & Performance, Succession, and Development into HR processes.
3. Participating in process optimization and enhancing the user experience.
4. Providing support and training for users and key users to ensure effective use of the system and its modules.
5. Supporting, revising, and redesigning online training courses and learning journeys, including content, technical, and visual upgrades.
6. Managing internal project teams to coordinate learning journeys specific to reinsurance.
7. Conducting regular reporting and analysis to evaluate the success of our initiatives.
8. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders across international locations.

You come equipped with

1. Experience in Learning & Development, especially with digital offerings and learning journeys.
2. A degree in (business) psychology, human resource management, or a related field, preferably at the master\’s level.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially the Learning module.
4. Excellent communication skills and motivation to work in a dynamic, international environment.
5. Conceptual design skills and experience in implementing learning programs.
6. A comfort with data, numbers, and facts, reflecting our company\’s DNA as a reinsurer.
7. Business fluency in English and a very good command of German.
8. Team player qualities, resilience, and a good sense of humor.
