If you want to experience how things are done in the GHR Candidate & Employee Relations team at our headquarters in Hanover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 3 – 6 months commencing immediately as an Intern HR Knowledge Management . Support us in creating a knowledge database and gain insights into a wide range of human resources topics.
You can look forward to
- Conception of proposals for a new SharePoint site as a knowledge database for the Human Resources department
- Support in the development of this SharePoint site, including preparation and comprehensible visualisation
- Consolidation of content from various existing knowledge sources into the new SharePoint solution
- Creation of instructions for Human Resources colleagues on how to update SharePoint content independently
- Support in maintaining the individual SharePoint subpages in collaboration with the Human Resources teams
- Additional support for our career site, e.g. in the preparation of texts or the creation of KPIs and data analyses
You come equipped with
- Ongoing studies
- Initial experience with SharePoint and/or knowledge databases desirable
- IT affinity
- Creativity in the presentation of texts and other content
- Detail-orientation and a structured way of thinking
- Proficient user skills in German and conversational English
