If you want to experience how things are done in the GHR Candidate & Employee Relations team at our headquarters in Hanover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 3 – 6 months commencing immediately as an Intern HR Project Knowledge . Support us in creating a knowledge database and gain insights into a wide range of human resources topics. Gain exciting insights into the various topics of Human Resources by working closely with us to build a knowledge database. Get the opportunity to accompany and significantly shape a comprehensive HR project from the very beginning and get to know each of our teams and their knowledge.
You can look forward to
- Development of a knowledge database in the form of a SharePoint site for the Human Resources department
- Accompanying the development of this, including preparation and comprehensible visualisation
- Consolidation of content from various existing knowledge sources into the new solution
- Development of instructions for Human Resources colleagues on how to update the content independently
- Maintaining the knowledge database in collaboration with the Human Resources teams
- Support in the design of our careers page, e.g. in the preparation of texts or the creation of KPIs and data analyses
You come equipped with
- Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g. economics, human resources management – whereby the specialisation is of secondary importance to us
- Initial experience with SharePoint and/or knowledge databases desirable
- Enjoy preparing knowledge and empowering colleagues
- Creativity in the presentation of texts and other content
- Motivation to familiarise yourself with new topics and to be involved right from the start
- Proficient user skills in German and conversational English
