Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for customers (primary insurer) and internally for all questions relating to an existing treaty.
- Automating the processes associated with annuity management for purposes of data analysis and contract assessment.
- Support for setting assumptions for the evaluation of in-force business.
- Modelling and pricing longevity solutions.
- Data analysis and determination of mortality assumptions in close collaboration with our Data Analytics team.
- Developing and maintaining tools in the programming language R for data preparation and analysis.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in (business) mathematics / physics.
- Well-versed in the use of Excel and R.
- Strong communication skills paired with proficient user skills in English and independent user skills in German.
- Interest in training as a certified actuary is desirable.
- International mindset and willingness to travel.
