Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Global Human Resources - Corporate Compensation, Global Mobility & Payroll Services team at our headquarters in Hanover / Germany, join us on a temporary, part-time basis (roughly 19 HPW) for 12 months, commencing as soon as possible.

Support in the development of:

  • Statistical analyses for Global Human Resources
  • Preparation, support and processing of data analyses
  • Demonstrating correlations and working on conclusions from the results
  • Insights into the work of Human Resources Reporting and Rewards Specialists

You come equipped with:

  • Ongoing studies with an analytical focus in business administration, business informatics, statistics, mathematics or similar
  • Good knowledge of Excel, data visualisation in PowerPoint and statistical analysis using statistical software
  • Proficient user skills in English and German
  • Ability to independently analyse and prepare unfamiliar data sets

  • Flexibility: A hybrid working model with flexible working hours of up to 20 hours per week with the possibility of an increase during lecture-free periods

  • Remuneration: From a contract period of more than three months, you will be paid an hourly wage of approximately 19 euros gross per working hour, which increases with your professional experience
