Overview
In this role you will help shape the automation landscape within Finance Global Services, Operations & Reporting at Hannover Re. You’ll contribute to transformation initiatives from idea to implementation and push continuous improvement of processes and knowledge. You work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver automation solutions using modern workflow technologies. This role offers the chance to apply AI-enabled tools and drive measurable efficiency across the organization.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Develop and implement automation solutions (RPA, AI-assisted workflows, Copilot Studio Agents)
- Design and implement API-based integrations and customised software
- Support transformation initiatives from requirements through rollout
- Collaborate with departments and facilitate solution development workshops
- Ensure quality, traceability, and sustainable operation of automation solutions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in business informatics, computer science or comparable qualification
- Several years’ experience in developing or implementing automation solutions
- Knowledge of business analysis, process automation and RPA, interest in AI-enabled solutions like Microsoft Copilot
- Programming skills in Python, C# or Java
- Fluent German and conversational English
