You work with clients and internal stakeholders, supporting financial closing and claims processes in an international environment.You can look forward toReview, process and post reinsurance accounting statements, including completeness checksHandle claims processing, including sanctions screenings and coordination with claims specialistsManage SAP cash disbursements and reconcile outstanding items within ongoing accounting processesMaintain forecasts and estimates for selected reinsurance contractsSupport quarterly closing activities and contribute to the timely delivery of financial reportingCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders and participate in projects and working groupsYou come equipped withDegree in Business Administration or a commercial qualification with relevant professional experienceInitial experience in life insurance or comparable knowledge of the insurance industry, ideally complemented by exposure to automation tools such as Copilot or Power QueryBasic knowledge of accounting standards, including HGB and IFRS 17, as well as ideally an understanding of mandatory and facultative reinsurance contract structuresProficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelFluent Spanish language skills for collaboration with clients across Latin America, along with conversational German and English skillsStrong numerical aptitude, analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and a structured, well-organised approach to work with a high level of attention to qualityYou may not meet every requirement listed in the job description.
