We are looking for a new colleague to join our on Site Support team in the hardware department as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and testing of client hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.), including cabling in accordance with UVV standards
- Setup and support of VPN clients (including via remote maintenance)
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with end-user devices and network infrastructure
- Handling service requests and incidents in first- and second-level support
- Documentation of IT support tasks and maintenance of CMDB elements
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, e. g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Administrator, or comparable qualifications
- Class B driver's license
- Strong technical understanding of IT hardware
- Initial experience in first- or second-level support is desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong service and team orientation
Comparable qualifications may also meet the requirements.
