Over the decades, our company has developed into a specialist in the product segment of biscuit and wafer mixes in bags. The focus has always been on offering consumers excellent value for money.
As of 1 August 2025, we are looking for you for an
Apprenticeship as a specialist for food technology (m/f/d)
What you can expect:
You will learn the profession of food technology specialist (m/f/d) as part of a 3-year dual training programme. At our plant in Schneverdingen, you will learn everything about the production of our popular long-life baked goods.
You will familiarise yourself with the processes from receipt of the raw materials to the finished packaged product.
You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring and operating our computer-controlled production and packaging systems in compliance with safety and quality standards.
You will attend school at the BBSIII in Lüneburg ( (block teaching).
What we can offer you:

- 1st year of training € 1,255.50
- 2nd year of training € 1,349.00
- 3rd year of training € 1,444.00

You have at least a good secondary school leaving certificate and an interest in technical processes, are committed, enjoy working in a team and are willing to work shifts.
