Your profile

• You have a technical education and may already have experience in after sales service.
• A good technical understanding and solution-oriented thinking.
• You have basic business knowledge and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English skills in writing and speech.
• You are resilient, a strong communicator, and a team player.

Your tasks

• Activity in various work areas:
  • Processing of warranty claims – making decisions about repairs and maintenance on our customers\‘ products worldwide via our web-based system.
  • Spare parts sales – processing of all orders from our web shop.
• Quotation preparation, order processing, spare parts procurement, internal communication with various departments, and answering technical questions from our customers.
• Process monitoring up to delivery.
• Communication with suppliers.
• Data maintenance in the web shop.
