• 
  
• Responsibility for structuring, establishing, and implementing technology projects within the global network infrastructure, including the growing cloud presence
  
• Development and implementation of secure network environments in data centers and in the cloud – using modern firewall concepts, network segmentation, virtual private networks, and IDP systems
  
• A key element of the role is close and consistent collaboration with the CISO organization, external providers, and IT Product Managers
  
• You will operate within the Hapag-Lloyd Security Policy and actively contribute to its further development
  
• You will be responsible for executing optimization measures within the network infrastructure – including ITIL-based incident and change processes, as well as reviewing disaster and recovery procedures
  
• You will monitor compliance with our quality standards and manage monitoring and capacity planning
  
• Your responsibilities will also include the planning, technical oversight, and commercial evaluation of proposals for IT subsystems (including invoice verification)
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• You hold a university degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, or a comparable qualification. In addition, you can demonstrate several years of professional experience, preferably in the context of IT and/or organizational projects.
  
• You possess strong expertise in both traditional IT security systems (such as firewalls, IDPS, etc.) and security solutions for cloud implementations, ideally with experience in Check Point, F5, Zscaler as well as AWS and Azure Cloud.
  
• You have experience in relationship management and in ensuring service processes with external providers – ideally, you have already been substantially responsible for provider management in the area of network infrastructure.
  
• You are familiar with the BSI and KRITIS requirements catalog as well as the ISO 27001 standard.
  
• You have also gained experience in project management roles and in working with the ITIL framework.
  
• You are characterized by strong technical analytical skills and a pronounced service-oriented mindset.
  
• With your initiative and determination, you proactively drive forward the tasks assigned to you – while never losing sight of the importance of teamwork.
  
• Your profile is rounded off by excellent German and English skills (both written and spoken).
