Project Manager/ Owner (m/f/d) Contribution Steering

The roughly 2.600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment deal with terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.

You will take on a key position in the interface between Controlling and IT departments. By constantly improving our systems and developing new concepts in the topic of Contribution Steering, you will make an essential contribution to the digitalization and modernization of our Controlling-IT and steering landscape. Our projects are international and interdisciplinary. Hence, you will closely work together with various business departments worldwide as well as our IT department, developing concepts and solutions and having an impact on strategical solutions. • Participate in thrilling international and interdisciplinary Finance and Controlling projects
• Join the transformation of our IT application landscape from a monolith to microservice architecture (FIS – internal ERP System) and a modern Data Lakehouse
• Manage the agile development and run of Finance and Controlling based IT products
• Contribute to the implementation and rollout of new systems/ applications
• Optimize and standardize system and business processes
• Help to transform existing concepts and approaches
• Provide guidelines and safeguard adherence
• Monitor and safeguard data and system integrity in close cooperation with IT
• Provide system and process support to our global organization and conduct trainings

• STEM or economics degree (bachelor's or master's) or equivalent qualification
• Experience in (agile) project work, preferably in IT- or Controlling-related topics
• Basic understanding of Finance and Controlling in an IT application context
• Ideally experience as a Product Owner for an internal IT product
• Preferably Scrum or Safe Product Owner Certification
• High affinity for numbers, data and IT combined with excellent analytic skills and a process-oriented way of thinking
• Fast comprehension and structured approach to complex problems
• Practical experience in processing information and creating presentations
• Proven English skills, both written and spoken
