Working student (m/f/d) Revenue Management Excellence

With a fleet of 287 modern container ships and a Vessel Capacity 2.2 million TEU, as well as a Container Capacity 3.2 million TEU including one of the world\’s largest and most modern reefer container fleets, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world\’s leading liner shipping companies. In the Terminal & Infrastructure segment, Hapag-Lloyd has stakes in 20 terminals in Europe, Latin America, the United States, India, and North Africa. The roughly 2.600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment deal with terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.

As a working student in our team, you will work closely with our product owner for a digital Revenue Management solution. You\’ll have the opportunity to work on your own and take initiative in your tasks. We\’re seeking a self-motivated individual who is comfortable reaching out to others in order to get things done. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the product owner to drive the development of the product after an extensive On-Boarding
• Being involved in the planning and execution of the product timeline
• Supporting the product owner and other team members with diverse ad-hoc tasks
• Writing meeting minutes and ensuring effective communication between team members as well as keeping documentation up to date
• Creating and updating training materials
• Assisting in the preparation and execution of workshops

• Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in with a focus on logistics, communications, business administration, supply chain, technology or engineering
• You like to work analytically and are interested in linking data to operational processes
• Very good writing and speaking skills in English, with the ability to create clear and concise meeting minutes and training materials
• Able to commit working 20 hours per week
