Working Student (m/w/d) Quotation & Contract Management

With a fleet of 287 modern container ships and a Vessel Capacity 2.2 million TEU, as well as a Container Capacity 3.2 million TEU including one of the world\’s largest and most modern reefer container fleets, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world\’s leading liner shipping companies. In the Terminal & Infrastructure segment, Hapag-Lloyd has stakes in 20 terminals in Europe, Latin America, the United States, India, and North Africa. The roughly 2.600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment deal with terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.

• You support our product owners in driving the development of their products
• You support the global rollout of new Quotation and Contract Management in all regions, including hypercare assistance
• Keeping training materials related to our products up-to-date and ensuring they are easily accessible to our stakeholders are also part of your responsibilities
• You support the coordination of marketing activities related to our products with our Digital Marketing team in Hamburg
• You prepare and coordinate internal communication activities around our products
• You assist in the preparation and execution of workshops
• You prepare reports on product turnover, performance, and other key objectives
• You are responsible for developing questionnaires and surveys to gather feedback from stakeholders and increase the value of our products
• Supporting the creation of presentations and other communication materials, as well as writing meeting minutes, are also part of your tasks

• You are currently studying full-time in one of the following fields: Logistics, Shipping, Business Administration, Economics, Transport or a comparable field
• You have gained first working experiences (through internship or similar) in the fields of transport, logistics or shipping
• You have a hands on mentality and you enjoy taking new challenges
• You are well experienced in using MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good writing and speaking skills in German and English, with the ability to create clear and concise meeting minutes, training materials, and reports
