Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize proforma schedules
- Prepare product studies and facilitate consortium meetings
- Participate in consortium agreement development and negotiation
- Maintain long-term schedules and allocation tables
- Monitor schedule compliance and implement corrective measures
- Oversee VSA and SCA agreement execution by partners
- Analyze competitors' service structures
- Optimize internal processes and reporting systems
- Collaborate with Network Execution for efficient operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner lines
Qualifications
- Completed training as a shipping merchant or relevant Bachelor/Master degree
- Proven experience in the shipping industry
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proactive, analytical, and structured approach to work
- Responsible, reliable, and results-oriented personality
- Goal-oriented with high initiative and assertiveness
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
