Qualifications
As a Working Student, you will play a crucial role in our Risk & Compliance team. Your primary focus will be on supporting program management initiatives related to Information Security Management System maturity and NIS2 compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support the Risk & Compliance team in a Program Management Office role, driving ISMS maturity and NIS2 compliance initiatives
- Maintain project plans, track milestones and manage status, risks and issues, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables
- Liaise with stakeholders, prepare materials and provide updates for governance forums
- Assist with KPI-based reporting, analysis and process alignment/improvement, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Take ownership of assigned work packages, bringing structure and clarity to complex topics
- Collaborate closely with the team, leveraging their support and expertise to enhance your skills and knowledge and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cyber security and program management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a full-time Bachelor or Master student in (Business) IT, Cyber Security, Business, Engineering or a related field
- Structured and reliable work approach, with an analytical mindset and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential
- Experience in a PMO/project role and knowledge of JIRA/Confluence, LeanIX is an advantage
- Fluent communication in English, with German language skills being a plus
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt, as well as a passion for cyber security and an interest in program management
- Minimum of 10 months of study remaining, with availability to work 20 hours/week
