Qualifications
We are seeking a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to join our Finance Process Excellence team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our efforts to enhance finance processes and promote process excellence.
Responsibilities
- Data preparation and analysis using CELONIS Process Mining
- Marketing support for promoting CELONIS-based initiatives
- Assistance in creating documentation for Finance Excellence and ICS
- Creating simple reports and presentations based on data analyses
- Participating in ongoing projects through research and analytical activities
- Developing content for internal communication channels, including newsletters and team intranet pages
- Creating internal communication materials for Finance Excellence projects
- Supporting the team in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Enrolled full-time student in Business Administration, Finance, Informatics or a comparable field
- Practical experience in Accounting, Finance or IT is an asset
- Interest in Process Mining tools, particularly CELONIS and Business Intelligence
- Knowledge of CELONIS, QlikView, and/or SAP is desirable
- Sense of responsibility and trustworthiness in handling sensitive data
- Affinity for digital tools, automation and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
