As a Working Student you will be part of the overall IT Change Management and Communication steering within Hapag‑Lloyd's extensive IT transformation. You will join a production team that creates and streams hybrid communication formats on a modern digital stage with LED‑wall for over 1,000 employees across three locations. Your tasks include supporting change‑management communication measures, producing AV‑media content, and handling organisational and administrative duties in an agile, interdisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Change Management team with communication measures such as visualizations, texts, podcasts, videos and internal communication materials
- Contribute to the conception, planning, coordination and execution of hybrid Town Halls, Deep Dives, Change Ambassador Sessions and other change‑related events
- Support the creation and production of AV‑media content using modern equipment and innovative technologies
- Manage day‑to‑day organizational tasks including appointment scheduling, meeting preparation and follow‑up, minute taking and research activities
- Prepare and format presentations, decision documents and other stakeholder‑facing materials and operate and maintain the digital stage and LED‑wall technology for live streaming across three sites
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication flow during the IT transformation
- Provide technical support for Microsoft‑365 tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams, during events and meetings
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication formats and suggest improvements and maintain a high level of digital affinity and stay updated on emerging media production trends
Qualifications
- Successfully completed at least two semesters of a Bachelor’s program (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Psychology or similar) with availability of approximately 12 months
- Strong interest in Change Management, communication, digital media or IT topics with some practical experience
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- High digital affinity and first experience in AV media content creation, video production or multimedia communication, as well as a proficient use of Microsoft‑365 applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- Excellent communication skills, professional appearance and strong team/social competence
- Creative, proactive and hands‑on mentality with the ability to work independently and structured in an agile environment
- Experience with hybrid event production and streaming technologies is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines, as well as strong analytical and research abilities for preparing decision‑support materials
