You’ll create a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, and support the Resort Manager in managing the resort.

What you can expect
Helping and supporting to manage the resort’s day-to-day operations with up to 30 employees
Shared responsibility for operating results, including quality control, service design, and sales activities
Serving as a host for our guests and business partners
Helping to develop the annual budget and monitoring financial metrics
Implementing strategic corporate goals and measures for the sustainable development of the resort’s offerings (including through the analysis of guest surveys)
What you bring along
Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry, ideally with additional qualifications in the hospitality or travel industry
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
