IT Project Manager & Business Analyst 80-100%

What you can expect

• You manage multiple IT-Application projects in collaboration with the involved teams within IT, business and external suppliers
• You steer the projects from the solution conception, potential product evaluations, migrations, through implementation and testing till roll-out and hand-over to operations
• You plan and report on the projects regarding time, budget and quality to ensure smooth and timely completion
• You specify business requirements and facilitate the solution design
• You conduct the provider selection from Request for Information (RfI) and Request for Proposal (RfP), evaluation of the providers, organisation of demo sessions to the negotiation of the contract
• You ensure the collaboration between IT, business, management and external providers
• Readiness to work occasionally during off-hours or weekends for releases

What you bring along

• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (agile and waterfall)
• Strong leadership skills with a varied set of stakeholders
• At least 3 years experience of successfully leading IT projects
• A certification in project management is a plus (PMI, PMP, post-graduate studies)
• A solid understanding of IT technologies, security & compliance and infrastructures
• Ability to write structured technical documentations
• Strong analytical skills
• Solid presentation skills to teams and management
• Fluent communication skills in English and German.
• Completed computer science or related education (Uni/ETH, HF, FH)
• Strong team player with a hands-on mentality and a growth mindset
