Our resort is looking for a dedicated individual to join our maintenance team as a Technical Lead (m/f/d) for a varied role.
What you can expect
- Operational and practical leadership of our small, on-site technical team
- "Hands-on" involvement in day-to-day operations: maintenance, repairs, and servicing in the holiday apartments and public areas
- Maintenance, monitoring, and administration of our digital master lists for facility management
- Ensuring the safe operation of all technical building systems and coordinating with external service providers
- Carrying out ad hoc and emergency repairs on call, as well as taking part in the regular on-call rota
What you bring along
- Training in a trade (e.g., building technology, electrical, plumbing/HVAC, or similar)
- Initial leadership experience is a plus, but the role is also suitable for highly motivated candidates stepping up from a second-in-command position (the focus is strongly on practical leadership)
- Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of practical workAn independent and goal-oriented approach to work
- Good command of German for communicating within the team and with guests
- Familiarity with using a computer and standard software programmes
