What you can expect
- Responsibility for mise en place, cleanliness and tidiness of the station
- Compliance with hygiene and quality regulations (HACCP)
- Economical use of food and assistance with stock management
- Support in the development of new dishes and menu suggestions in consultation with the head chef
What you bring along
- Completed training as a chef EFZ
- Professional experience in the hotel or catering industry is an advantage
- Strong awareness of quality and hygiene
- Ability to work in a team, resilience and structured working style – even when there are large numbers of guests
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Good knowledge of German, other languages are an advantage
