We stay at the forefront of retailing and consistently provide outstanding customer service, culminating in winning the Cruise Retailer of the Year award for 2022, 2023 and 2025. /p pbWhat you will be doing: /b /p ul liLeading a team in creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for the guests on board /li liLeading and inspiring the team to provide exceptional customer service, whilst delivering sales and profit targets /li liSetting an example for your team by acting as a role model /li liIdentify and deliver training requirements within your team /li liTake ownership of your client base including outreach to clients for events such as private sale, in-store events and product knowledge /li liConsistently deliver the highest possible standards both on the shop floor and in back office operations /li /ul pbWho you are: /b /p ul liProven experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager (ideally with experience at sea) /li liFluent in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate confidently with guests and colleagues /li liMotivated in leading a team to achieve and exceed sales targets /li liExcellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills /li liProven ability in public speaking and showcasing luxury items /li liAdaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment /li liA strong leader and team player who is commercially driven and goal orientated /li liHighly competent in store and HR processes including sales reports, loss prevention, audits, appraisals, disciplinaries etc /li liExcellent numeracy and literacy skills /li /ul pbWhat you will receive: /b /p ul liCompetitive salary and generous commission structure /li liAccommodation and meals on board /li liNecessary visas and seafaring documents to work at sea /li liDedicated in-house bespoke training across sales, product and brand /li liGuidance, support and development from the central office team /li liContract role, working and living at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1-2 month break at home between contracts /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
