Overview
As Divisional Portfolio/PMO Lead, you steer HARMAN’s PMO for the division, aligning a Digital/AI/tech portfolio with strategy. You’ll lead a small team, govern delivery, and enable cross-functional execution with executive visibility. Your work drives portfolio performance, resource planning, and continuous PMO improvements. This role places you at the heart of strategic transformation and operational excellence.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead and develop a team of Portfolio Managers and PMO professionals
- Own divisional PMO operational performance and ensure delivery of Digital, AI, and technology initiatives
- Establish portfolio governance, delivery standards, and project lifecycle methodologies
- Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and investment reviews
- Oversee the divisional project portfolio with risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources in check
- Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting on portfolio health and outcomes
- Collaborate with executive leadership, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and stakeholders
- Manage governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools
- Manage relationships with external vendors and implementation partners
- Ensure governance standards and financial controls across delivery
- Foster best practices and a culture of operational excellence
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8+ years in PMO, portfolio management, program management, or related disciplines
- 3+ years leading project managers or PMO professionals
- Experience managing enterprise portfolios and strategic programs
- Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, investment prioritization, budgeting, and execution methodologies
- Experience in roadmaps, operational plans, and portfolio metrics
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and cross-functional delivery
- Vendor and external partner management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management with senior leadership
- Baseline familiarity with AI to support efficiency and quality
