- Coordinate portfolio governance by consolidating business unit lineups into a coherent, strategy-aligned portfolio
- Define and track KPIs and controls to meet business objectives
- Foster entrepreneurial culture and cross-functional collaboration within a high-performing product organization
- Translate market insights into transformative product opportunities and adapt to market shifts
- Synchronize innovation and portfolio development with long-term strategic goals; accelerate time-to-market via tech scouting and partnerships
- Oversee cross-product synergies in user experience, value proposition, and technical design across the in-cabin portfolio
- Manage pre-production car integration, product validation, and creation of compelling product demonstrators
