You will work with enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, to deliver secure, auditable solutions aligned with governance. You operate independently on complex initiatives and influence cross-functional partners to drive AI adoption and value.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and deploy business-specific AI applications, copilots, and workflows using enterprise AI platforms and Copilot Studio
- Build AI agents that integrate with enterprise systems and APIs
- Translate business processes into scalable AI-powered solutions with measurable impact
- Configure out-of-the-box AI capabilities to meet operational needs
- Establish evaluation, testing, and monitoring to ensure accuracy, reliability, audibility, and compliance
- Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve processes
- Collaborate with platform, security, architecture, data, and governance teams to meet standards and responsible AI principles
- Lead cross-functional AI projects from concept to production deployment
- Develop reusable AI workflows, prompts, and templates to accelerate adoption
- Monitor production AI solutions and optimize performance and user experience
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption opportunities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical discipline
- 6+ years of experience in software, application, automation, or AI solution development
- Specialized expertise in designing and deploying AI applications, copilots, intelligent agents, and workflow automation
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, AI solution architecture, API integrations, and enterprise systems
- Experience implementing AI governance, evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, monitoring, and auditability controls
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS AI/ML services
