Overview
As a senior contributor, you will drive AI-enabled process optimization across HARMAN by defining process mining methods, setting standards for AI-native workflows, and building baselines to unlock automation. You’ll blend process architecture, analytics, and transformation to identify bottlenecks and deliver measurable improvements, coordinating with AX teams for implementation. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and maintain enterprise standards for process mining, workflow analysis, and AI-native workflow design.
- Conduct data-driven assessments to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Establish baseline requirements, performance metrics, and KPIs to support continuous improvement.
- Design future-state workflows leveraging AI, automation, and digital capabilities to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Develop process architectures, value-stream maps, and workflow blueprints for enterprise transformation.
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze current-state processes and prioritize opportunities by impact and feasibility.
- Facilitate redesign workshops and change discussions to align on future-state solutions.
- Collaborate with divisional AX teams to transition opportunities into backlogs and execution plans.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to measure process performance and realized improvements.
- Continuously improve process mining methodologies and workflow design standards.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field with 8+ years of experience in process improvement or transformation.
- Strong expertise in process mining, workflow analysis, process architecture, value-stream mapping, and redesign methodologies.
- Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change through process transformation.
