Your Responsibilities Support daily accounting and finance activities for our Swiss operations Process supplier invoices, assist with accounts payable and receivable, and prepare payments Perform bank reconciliations and check employee expense claims Assist with monthly and year-end financial closing Prepare financial reports, reconciliations and supporting documents Support coordination with external Swiss accounting and tax advisors on VAT, tax filings and statutory reporting Collect and organize documents and data for external reporting and audits Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and cost analysis Maintain accurate and complete financial records in SAP and other internal systems Support Group Finance with reporting and reconciliation Assist with improving internal finance processes and other day-to-day finance tasks Your Profile Native Chinese speaker — mandatory Fluent in both and English, written and spoken — mandatory Valid Swiss work permit or existing right to work in Switzerland — mandatory; no visa or work permit sponsorship is available Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Initial experience in accounting or finance, including internships, is preferred; recent graduates with strong accounting fundamentals are also welcome Knowledge of Swiss accounting, VAT and tax requirements is an advantage Experience with SAP is preferred Excel skills Detail-oriented, reliable and well organized Willing to learn and able to work independently with appropriate guidance Comfortable collaborating with external accountants, tax advisors and colleagues across different teams Automotive or retail industry experience is an advantage What We Offer You will have the opportunity to develop your finance career in a growing international automotive company and gain hands-on experience across Swiss accounting, taxation, financial reporting and Group finance.
