Your responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating superior product knowledge.
- Create a unique shopping experience that will make the customer feel welcome.
- Build strong relationships with clients as well as creating networks.
- Be an ambassador of the Harry Winston House at all times.
- Participate in pre-selling events.
- Reach and surpass the sales targets.
- Support the team and be actively involved in the daily running of the Salon (ensuring proper presentation, storing, etc.).
- Execute day-to-day visual merchandising, maintenance of displays and reporting
Your profile:
- Strong luxury retail and jewelry and timepiece experience
- Strong knowledge of and passion for diamonds and precious stones
- Very high level of intrinsic motivation and willingness to learn and grow
- Bachelor degree is a plus
- Graduate Gemologist is a plus
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work as a team player
- Computer literacy
- Flexible to retail working hours
- Fluent in German and English
Swiss-German and additional foreign languages are a plus
